ignorant For several weeks, I was unable to log in to the tradeperson app, which meant I could not receive job leads or notifications. I sent screenshots of the problems via email, yet despite this, my initial concerns were not taken seriously. As a long-standing customer, I found this lack of response disappointing, especially given that I was being charged during this period, while I could not access the app or receive job leads. After raising these issues through multiple emails and phone calls, my app was eventually restored, but I am still not receiving an adequate number of leads. Despite my repeated complaints, this issue persists, causing further frustration. Given the ongoing nature of this problem, I requested a refund for the payments taken from my account over the past two months, along with a cancellation of my contract. However, neither request are actioned to date. will never recommend them
