Checkatrade do not check the companies they allow to advertise on there website. Despite stating that they always check companies before allowing them to join clearly they don't. I am listed as the owner of Amiga Fire and Security on checkatrade yet I have never owned this company. I have not even worked for this company so how could they get this wrong if they truely check the companies before allowing them to pay how comes the information is wrong. They also have the wrong vat number showing. I have requested they change these misleading issues several times using their complaints procedure yet the information is still wrong months later.
