Can be useful to find contractors but they have a terrible complaints process. I used a contractor, A S Force Construction that didnt finish the job completely (re-plastering wall paper) and then ceased all contact with me without providing an invoice, even though I asked several times, they just ignored my calls and messages. I informed check a trade, left a review for this company and their "investigation" amounted to speaking to the company, who lied that they've never heard of me. So check a trade took their word for it, deleted my review and closed the case as concluded, without doing any proper investigating.
