Checkatrade offered a free upgrade when I called to close my account, on the grounds they were to call before my renewal to see how things were improving however I heard nothing I still had minimum leads that didn’t even cover the membership then renewed without checking in. I’m now stuck in a membership for another 12 months. Over all Checkatrade used to be amazing and now they’ve over populated the site no matter how great your reviews and ratings they can only offer minimum leads “ to be fair”. Meaning newcomers get the same amount of work as you who had been there for 6+ years
