The advert says that there are reduced prices for pensioners, yet when I came to pay {£224 for 35 minutes work!} I was informed that it was not possible to give me a discount because I didn't tell them I was a pensioner when I originally asked for help.
Both the exorbitant price and their misleading advert is disgraceful
