I ordered 2 Fitbit watches at a cost of £399, only 1 watch as despatched and delivered. I have been trying to contact their customer services for 1 week now and I have only received correspondence to say that the package was delivered. I have tried explaining that only 1 package was delivered and the other has not been despatched. Still no correspondence! Absolutely shocking customer service! I'm currently still out £199!
