Review of Comet Ena Vieira 33 reviews GB Rated 1 out of 5 stars Do not buy a HiSense TVs or any other electrical appliance from them online. Our TV came to us damaged and we only found out when we opened the packaging and turned the tv on. The screen was all pixilated. Comet just passed us on to HiSense to either replace or refund and they have only sent a longwinded email blaming us for “not following the instructions” so instructions to turn on the TV ? Because that’s all we did and it was clearly faulty. So tread very carefully with both HiSense and Comet because both are clearly are happy to send out faulty products and then blame customers even though we gave them all the evidence they requested. Do NOT buy from them. Go to Curry’s or another similar retailer.
