Tried to purchase a microwave oven from a different retailer but I needed an account. Turns out I already had an account from years ago but I'd forgotten the password. Had problems resetting my old password so a six digit code was sent to my email - and I suddenly thought to myself: 'I'm the customer here! - do you want my money or not?' So I abandoned the retailer and found the same microwave oven for sale at Comet. I was able to purchase as a guest (thank you), no SMS verification codes, no stress. Two days later my microwave oven arrived, which I'm very happy with. I rarely leave positive reviews but the digital prison that is being imposed on us is making life intolerable. Comet offered a simple, no fuss way to purchase. I am sincerely grateful.
