This company seems to hide behind a complex set up of entities to ensure no responsibility is taken centrally, maybe why DHL has such a poor reputation and trust scores.
They would benefit from some serious CX reviews, from using their website(s) to the cards they leave at delivery addresses. All in all, a lack of transparency and poor communication means the likes of Hermes and Yodel will take over.....and who would've thought that a few years ago.
Come on DHL, else you'll go the way of Nokia and Kodak!
