Terrible customer service.
I inquired about an invoice as it was not clear to me how to make the payment as I was new in Germany.
They took ages to reply, and although I got an automated email saying the invoice will be put in hold, I still got payment reminders and the case was redirected to a dept collection company.
I showed that I'm willing to pay from the beginning, just wanted to confirm how, and ended up paying double.
Even I have the proof via email with dates and all, they didn't care.
All this, and the original package itself arrived damaged...
I threatened to use lawyers and they basically said, "This is how we do things in Germany and you are at fault".
This review is my only way to relieve my frustration.
Avoid this greedy company as much as you can
