DHL deserves 0 stars. Beware. They are the most incompetent bunch of jerks. I was returning 2 down duvets to the U.K. from Germany. I took the box to the post and the guy charged me 7+ Euros to send. The address to England was huge in bold print. The box never got there. The box was being delivered to different cities in Germany attempting to locate the UK address (d-u-m-b) and then DHL finally contacted me to tell that the box was sitting at a warehouse somewhere in Germany because there wasn’t enough postage paid to go to England. I told them I paid what the agent told me to pay, his stupid mistake and now I have to pay 36+ euros for them to just send it back to me. Customer service is nonexistent as is typical in Germany. No one accepts responsibility for anything, they deny everything and are extremely rude as well. AWFUL! I will NEVER use them EVER again.
