Delivery promised for Wednesday 25th November. Now Monday 30th and still no parcel.
The item valued at £1000+ can be tracked from Heathrow to DHL Liverpool on Wednesday but then the tracking status freezes.
Rang DHL customer service every day and they just state that they will email the issue to someone else to sort out. No information regarding the item or why it is still there (I presume it is?) or when it may be delivered.
