delivered three parcels at collection point one week before xmas.
tried all week to track this shipment and on xmas eve went back to shop to find parcels still on floor waiting to be collected.
I will never use these fifth rate delivery service again.
given we are tier 4 we cannot deliver until restrictions lifted.
I strongly advise anyone to never use DHL.
you have been warned.
