The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in 38 years of business. They don't know where my package is or when it will be delivered. I paid almost 2,000 to ship from England. The managers and executives are hiding from their customers and letting the hourly employees listen to our complaints on how bad they have managed the company. The only thing I can think of to wake them up is to actually council their employees to quit taking the grief and start making the big wigs manage the company better. So far I have talked to 2 of them explaining that they have no future in a company that is the worst in the nation. Yes it is that bad
