Ordered a small part,(battery cable from Rock Auto), paid extra to have the part by the 31st of December. The part has been shipped from N.Y, to Ohio to Los Angeles Ca. back to Ohio and according to tracking info on its way to Tulsa Ok.(I live near Oklahoma City). I still do not have the part. I would give this company 0 stars if possible!!!!
