Actual complete liars. Stated attempted collection today after I was told to leave a sign on the door with info for the safe place for collection.
I did this and it literally could not be missed. Come home and still sitting there.
I have security footage during the time DHL stated attempt and not a single person come down my drive to front door.
Appalling behaviour.
