I ordered live beings for my aquarium that needed quick delivery. DHL have failed to deliver saying they couldn't find my postcode, then when I call their IVR it relays my postcode back perfectly. In 3 years of living at this address, I've never had any issues with deliveries. I think thier driver just decided he couldn't be ar**d, because the pin he dropped showing where he'd 'attempted' delivery was over 2 miles away, literally up a random lane - I live in a town, it's really not hard to find.
To top it off, you can't speak to anyone. I want to know they have my address correct, so if my little aquatic friends manage to survive the night (doubtful), they'll actually get here. But no. Thier automated lady will literally cut you off no matter what numbers you enter or whatever you do to try and confuse thier systems. Never, ever, ever (I really can't stress this enough) ever, will I use DHL. Nor will I order anything from ProShrimp again if this is who they use.
No doubt that IF I receive my package tomorrow, everything will be dead. Good job they don't courier organ transplants. Utterly abysmal.
