Ordered a large rug from Wayfair. DHL have failed to deliver over 6 weeks since it was shipped. The supplier has had to re-order the rug twice and their specialist delivery team have had to “reach- out” to DHL 4 times now for a resolution and still I have no delivery. This rug is 2.4m long when rolled up. How the hell can you lose a package this big...TWICE? I smell a rat! The latest tracking information stated it was delivered and signed for by “Destroyed” . I don’t know who Mr. Destroyed is, but I’d like to meet him!
They seen to be a law unto themselves and should be shut down. By comparison, I had previously ordered the exact same product A couple of months previously which was delivered by Hermes the very next day.
