Had a parcel due to be delivered FRIDAY he didnt deliver it and delivered roads away from mine so I contacted DHL Twitter support. The guy on Twitter confirmed the driver knew he made a mistake last time and will deliver today. The driver failed to deliver and tried to deliver even further from my house. So I phoned customer service anad the Driver then was told by his depot to redeliver. The driver didn't make the effort to come back so I had to phone AGAIN.
Lady said she would phone me back in 15 minutes and didn’t phone back I had to phone back 40 minutes later. Happened previously in December and had to go to the depot to pick it up that was in Sittingbourne and I’m in Chatham. I was promised a phone call back off 2 separate customer service representatives last night and both of them didn't make the effort to call me back. I have lost 2 days of work due to not being able to have my product. I have angry customers and potential loss of work. Ih ad to go to a parcel shop due to not being able to afford to take additional days off work. I don’t drive and the parcel shop isn’t near my house. Therefore I’m going to have to carry a parcel, that I don’t know how heavy it is home.
Will never be using this company again.
