Actually my family sent me a parcel from our country using our poste express services if i knew that will be over DHL i will not accept it all.
My parcel came in total disaster (food item, some spices and sweets).
I can understand that you will open for safety check but at least you can close it later before sending it to next destination.
Very bad experience and will never use ur services again.
