DHL was working in conjunction with Dunelm to deliver a single bed frame I ordered. They both boasted that the item would arrive on Friday 30th April. They both sent me an email & text to confirm this.
Come Friday, there were no texts or emails from either of them & in the end there was no delivery.
DHL even say if they can't deliver on the day they will deliver the next day. This did not happen either.
Contact customer service & all they did was send an email with a case number & said they would respond within 3 days.
They are showing total comtempt to not just me but all the Customers who have spent their hard earned money to purchase goods online only for incompetent delivery services like DHL & other courier services to screw up & they are so blaise about it.
So now I have to spend more time sleeping on a mattress on the floor with a foot injury & a testicular condition which is not ideal.
I will find out if I can take this matter any further !
