I am surprised to find so many negative reviews because, twice this week, I sent an envelope from Perth, Scotland to Hong Kong and it reached its destination exactly at the time DHL promised me. It was a BIG deal to me and twice DHL filled its promise. On top of that, I got really excited by the fantastic DHL tracking website giving me regular updates on my international letter. It may sound trivial but I cannot get over the mesmerizing technology allowing me to follow my envelope every step of the way until it lands tomorrow on the desk where it needs to be. Even the disruption in updates speak to me as I am certain it is now flying over Europe and Asia for an 11 hours flight. Silence means something good is happening. Thank you DHL.
