Use DPD Instead
Rearranged a delivery as I wouldn't be available to receive my parcel on the first delivery date, now DHL have lost it!!
The package is a set of four 2 metre Venetian blinds so not exactly inconspicuous.
The fact that DHL utilise rival carriers such as UPS to deliver their Christmas bonus hampers to DHL senior management pretty much says it all about the reliability of this company!!
