Soooo disappointed with DHL Parcel uk. still waiting for my issue to be resolved but i vouch to never use them again. Terrible service! 🤯
I have paid 30 pounds to get something small ( a sim card) delivered from the UK to Bulgaria and the service promised delivery within 2-3 working days. I paid online and had it dropped off at a parcel shop. And then we waited for the parcel to get there and we waited and we waited... When i realized something is off, I started calling (not easy to find the right people) Turns out my parcel was never even picked by the DHL driver at all, still sitting where we dropped it off and I was told that 'collection was refused'. Went to the shop why they refused the collection and the shop assistant tells me they have not refused anything and a driver has not been and that DHL is doing pick up whenever they are pleased and to not count on them.
Since then, i have spoken to 3 customer service agents from DHL Parcel to try to get someone collect my parcel and they all assured me how sorry they are and that they will find out what's happening, but appear to do nothing at all to resolve the problem. Absolutely awful! And the worst part is that I can tell right away they don't give a s**t and just want to get rid of me and the minute i hang up they will move on and do nothing about it.
My advice - find another company, and stay away from this one. Really don't know how such a bad service is possible from a company that is so big!
