Hi guys, DO NOT USE DHL EVER.
They have kept us waiting the whole day saying they will pick up the parcel before 6pm.... that they will send a "window of 1h" in the morning.... nothing was sent, had to wait the whole day, called them 4 times, waited on hold for hours, they always promised that the driver will show up.... at the end he didn't... sent our package by Royal Mail... same price better service!
