Would give 0 if I could. Failed to collect a parcel 2x. First they didn't even show up, second time I wasn't fast enough (was at the door in approx 20seconds) only to open door and see driver shoot off. Assume he rang bell and went straight back in van. Maybe I should've been standing at the door all day since he turned up at 2pm instead of 5-6. Anyway cancelled service and learnt my lesson. NEVER AGAIN
