Rubbish as usual. Given very little notice about a delivery and I was out. I received an email to say that the parcel has been delivered and left in a safe place described as ‘other location’. What on earth dies that mean. I have no idea where parcel is. Drivers so dim. £60 of goods from Dunelm now lost. I shall be ringing Dunelm up to complain.
