There is a serious problem I experienced with the address field when we create an account or when we check out.... the full transmission of the address may have left out certain components...such as unit number of recipient's home.
This is probably a technical glitch due the nature of the address field of the vendor and the address field of the courier.
As such..I think it is best to complete the full address in just one field including the zip code etc....
...and the second field can still be a repeat of the first....in this way...hopefully the courier's address field will recieve the full and complete address.
DHL did not have my complete address even though I checked my account from the vendor had my full address....resulting in a botched non delivery.
Really difficult to spot where the glitch was but anyway...I hope my suggestion can be useful.
