Incredibly bad service. I would give negative 5 stars. My driver was too lazy to get out of his truck and deliver the package. Instead, he reported a problem with the address. Someone from DHL called 2 days later to confirm the location. She looked it up on google maps and could see the numbers right on the building. 2 days after that I called to find out WTF they did with my package. Got bounced around between 3 different departments and and spoke to 3 different CS reps with heavy foreign accents. Finally found out it's "on hold" because they can't deliver. Told her the problem is their driver is either too lazy or too effing stupid to deliver a package. So now I have to wait another 48 hours and then drive across town to pick it up at some mailbox place. How does this company stay in business?
