Worst customer service and service over all
Been using DHL for over 10 years and will remove them as a shipper
Losing packs
Damaged packages
No response and no accountability
3rd party customer service and everyone is a supervisor and everyone keep transferring to the next person that does not know what the right or left hand is doing
