I have spent 3 days been directly lied to by your "customer service" team. I have had my delivery delayed by days (which I took of work) because your agents just keep making blind unauthorized changes to my delivery instructions, I am told I will have a supervisor call me back in 90 minutes......4 hours later someone calls me from the "escalation" team to let me know I am F'd for yet another day, I ask to talk to their supervisor and get told someone will call me back in 90 minutes....except when I ask what time they close and then its the awkward silence followed by oh we close in 5 minutes, "you won't actually get a call back until tomorrow".
