Like many others we were lied to by DHL regarding failed delivery (when we were home all day) and rejected delivery (when we were again at home all day but had no attemped delivery). Item has now been sent back to sender. What a waste of time and effort.
On top of that their software is rubbish. The PC/Internet website crashes and the info between PC and Phone sytem is inconsistent and incorrect.
