I would have given 0 stars if possible. Do not recommend. I would have given 0 stars if possible. We had a washing machine delivered and installed by DHL through Argos. Not only did they install it incorrectly causing water to leak everywhere, they also tore up the new lino flooring. After months of waiting, the claims team came back saying that they will not cover any costs as they do not consider DHL liable for the damage. How is this possible when no one else but their two drivers were involved? Absolutely terrible busniess ethics with no consideration for their customers at all. Utterly disgusted.
