Our 1004 Euro item was either stolen or really damaged by DHL (who knows), what we know is that it was till 500 insured, not a cent DHL compensated, tried to accuse us to poor packing,..,... Lies, one after the other, wasted our money and time, after 6 month not a cent! Not an excuse us for being so....
