Broke my item. Refused to cover a thick earthenware pot which was in 4 layers of protective high quality packaging, but arrived with a massive hole in the side. Thus handled extremely badly and customer service advisor's response was to apologise for my 'inconvenience. Other companies will take responsibility, despite their t's & c's, which covers nearly everything, so AVOID at costs. It was only a £15 jar too!!!!!!
