I don't even know where to begin. EVERY TIME we have package with DHL we have a message we aren't home. I am stay at home wife and our front door is next to the kitchen and living rooms,we got two doorbells and my husband tells me when the packages are due. Plus we have a camera and when they say they tried to deliver and we go over our camera feed,guess what? They never came to our door. We are so frustrated because we end up driving far away lije 2 hours there and 2 hours back to go pick up the the package so this time we decided we going to set up for delivery for the store because it's save spot. So we can go pick up ourselves. And today we got message saying they COULDN'T deliver our parcel. This is the worst company we ever dealt with . All we get,from customer service it's in our best interest to deliver and we are sorry. No,it's not in your best interest because we have Camera and every time there is no driver at our front door. Why it's so hard for us customers to be heard. There is so many same reviews online in unrealistic how are you still in business.DHL you have 2 reviews, that's should tell you how bad your company is. Please wake up and revaluate your workers and that you have very dishonest drivers. I will be more than HAPPY to provide our camera feed and show you that your driver didn't step to our door and maybe then you realize that oh wait customers complains are real. Please set up where we customers can drop off our front door videos and please get in touch with your drivers . Because our package wasn't delivered today to the safe spot we were told that It will be,redeliverd tomorrow. So we will see if that will actually happen.
