On Monday, one week ago, I received a message telling my parcel was out for delivery, but it didn't arrive, nor I received a card or any other sign of life from the carrier. On Tuesday, same. I wrote to them and they told me it would be redelivered on Thursday.
Same story -- Thursday became Monday. Same for Monday, and then, after having spent the best part of the week at home waiting, I was told that the parcel was being returned to sender.
Please note that I live on a large estate in CENTRAL LONDON, not atop a mountain. The doorbell is connected to my phone, so I am aware of any missing visits / calls as well. They simply didn't turn up and said they did -- or for whatever reason they were going to the wrong address.
Several emails didn't solve the issue and the parcel has now been returned to the sender. Extremely frustrating and frankly dishonest or completely careless.
