I would give them 0 stars if I could. I paid for next day delivery checked the tracking on the morning said there was a problem with my delivery and would be delivered next working day that's not next day!! Then checked tracking again and it says We're sorry but we do not appear to have received your consignment from the sender yet sender confirms collection and so does the tracking from collection in Derbyshire to depot in Leeds my item has been lost worst company around for customer services took my nearly all day to find a number you can actually speak to a human on when I did so unsympathetic that dhl had totally spoiled my granddaughters 13th birthday party
