Worse service ever, is the first time when I give 1 star to any company but I wold give 0 if that will be possible.
My parcel was left in a DHL shop, the driver didn't want to pick it up just because I paid extra for insurance (no reason). I talked on the phone with 15 different people from costumer service until I give up. Two weeks took me for a next day delivery parcel and they cancelled the delivery anyway. After cancelation the shop wasn't notify that he can release the parcel so i need to wait for another 48h until they receive that. then i need to ask someone to get there, pick it up and send it with a proper delivery company.
Never been that disappointed about a service in my life, definitely the last time I'm using DHL.
