We went to a service point in Amsterdam to ship a package. We were sent off because we didn't bring a printed label, and they could not provide that service there. The day after we went back with the printed sticker and the package was sent. With the track & trace number we found out the package was on HOLD, without being notified. After we phoned DHL we learned an invoice was missing (it were 2 t-shirts for our grandkids) and it could not be sent, so we requested the package to be returned. We lost 85€ on shipping costs, and when the package arrived back the box had been opened, and not even closed properly. Terrible experience.
