Had 2 worktops delivered at the beginning of September but one was faulty and I did not accept it. Contacted Homebase to arrange replacement. Delivery was to be 30th September (2 weeks later). I received a text message tonight 29/09 at 5.41 pm to inform me that the date had been changed to 14/10 (another 2 weeks with a half finished kitchen). When I contacted them the excuse given was that they had no vans in my area. I live less than 20 miles from a large depot. Dreadful service. No apology. I will be taking this further.
