Two deliveries across a three day period were not even attempted. I didn't receive the next stop notifications that the company claim to facilitate. I have severe mobility issues and am awaiting major back surgery. Yet I had to walk half an hour uphill the best that I could to collect the parcels that the driver couldn't be bothered to deliver on both occasions. We do not live on a new estate. Have never been let down by any other courier company, with the exception of DHL.
As a result I will never purchase anything from any retailers who currently use DHL as their courier. I refuse to pay for a service that I haven't received. Sorry Dunhelm, The Range. Change your courier and maybe we will return.
I will be leaving reviews with both retailers and on Google in light of this. Bad show DHL
