Item was placed on hold because of "Wrong Address". We have items shipped here on a daily basis, it's a freaking AMAZON WAREHOUSE it's literally impossible to miss, it's the size of 4+ football fields.
Contacting them on customer service was able to resolve the issue but the agent told me that the "address was typed wrong". When I asked what he changed it to, he told me the exact same address that was already on file.
He said that the city/ state was on the wrong line, but this was an automated order placed by amazon, there's nothing for me to correct on my end.
He then advised that I contact someone to fix the address, but when I asked who to contact he first ignored me, then disconnected on me.
Reading though the reviews on here it is clear that I am not alone with their terrible customer service.
