Knowing I wasn't going to be in on the day of delivery I rearranged it for the following day via their website, saving them the effort of calling. I waited in all day (the rescheduled day) and nothing. No notification or courtesy email. I then log-on to their website at the end of the day to try and find out what happened and find that they've changed the day of my delivery to another, thereby masking my original requested date.
Please stay away from this company and use another instead for the sake of your own wellbeing. (I've never had any issues with Hermes or ParcelForce).
