Sent my transcripts via DHL to USC for their admission verification. Tried the registrar, official USC postal mailbox, the secretary's office and her own personal address, as well as one of the staff's rented mailbox. None of them were delivered. Among all 6 attempts only 1 was ever in California. Lost my master program offer because of DHL.
