Had a txt message to say parcel was being delivered 12.35-13.35. At 11.46 had 3 missed calls. Was driving at the time. No voicemail left. Finally managed to get hold of the driver. He had left it with a neighbour which was unacceptable to my husband. The sender got them to pick it up but they obviously didn't like that and have failed to deliver. Sender now using another courier for our delivery. Will never knowingly use D H L again.
