Customer Service??? I can see not just me is going through the same problems with DHL,do they even know what customer service means? My parcel was delivered and signed by my self when I was at work.Wow magic!Then they tell you after raising this problem with Customer service that they will look in to this and get back to you ASAP,well obviously nobody did.Finally spoke to some useless customer service advisor and she told me my parcel will be delivered today and all of the sudden you get and email from Customer service (that you emailed a week ago) telling you to get in touch with the sender as they can’t find the parcel!Don’t know to laugh out loud or cry!You ask to speak to the manager well they don’t bloody exist! So Thank you so much DHL and Customer service (Georgia) for “an amazing service “ I will make sure none of my parcels will ever be delivered by this useless company!Avoid at all costs!
