Worst postal company ever. I needed to send some items for a wedding within a week. DHL never came to pick up the package on the assigned date. No pick up on the next day, Nor the next. Then weekend. So now These people are four days late. And no use in sending the parcel. The worst case is you can not even call and ask for a refund. Waste of my time and money. Never use this service if you want your parcel to be delivered on time.
