I had my package delivered to a hallway at my building 23/11/21 ,but i have my own entrance around the back of the property . i didn't ask them to leave my parcel anywhere. anyway my parcel has disappeared now. when i ring DHL customer services were friendly and do admit they were at fault, but tell me my seller has to deal with it. no reply's yet from them ,but it took me ages to get through to them on their phone system and cost me money on hold waiting. something should have been sorted there and then but now im out of pocket, all because courier put my parcel in an open hallway , i am not happy at all .
