I have sat in all day waiting for an iPhone to be delivered from Apple. The parcel never left the depot for delivery. I checked it constantly then suddenly out of the blue an entry said the driver couldn’t access my property? I live in a street of detached houses out of town. I’m going away tomorrow so I have had to advise Apple to take it back I don’t want it I’ll make do with my current phone. If they continue Tobias this company I will change to a different brand. I have never had a positive experience with this company DHL.
